We have a tie for first, which means we will have a 24 hour sudden death voting round! Every one will choose between these two images.

After we determine which is the top image, I will announce all the top images.:D

Vote for 1 for DSS 130 Hot or Cold 32 votes

Just curious.. In these sudden death vote situations, would it not be easier to just drop the 3rd spot, have two entries share the top spot, and announce one more entry as the 2nd spot, and drop the requirement for the sudden death vote altogether? And if the prize money allocation is the issue, the two top winners can just share the total amount, i.e., each can get $70 credit ( ($100+$40)/2).

    Just my 2 cents...

This is the only fair way to do it. We can only have one first place winner. This system has worked well for all the time it has been put into place. No need to try and fix something that's not broken!

Ok, sounds good. Just thought your life as the moderator could be a tiny bit easier if one extra round of voting is eliminated and the total prize is simply shared among the winners. I certainly don't see much of an issue with the current sudden death vote system.

    Cheers,
