OK, so it was anything but hot, but it sure was cool having entire national parks to yourself!

That walk back from delicate arch must have been a LONG way in the dark!

Beautiful and mesmerising pictures.
Any chance you could give info on exposure? F-stop/ISO/Shutter-speed/time it was taken. Thanks.
I keep staring and try to pick a favorite, but have resigned to the fact that I can't. Love the star trails in two, but the milkyway is unreal in all of the others as well. Very nice work, I can only hope to ever shoot something this cool in my lifetime!

kolibri, it was a warm white LED flashlight reflected off some nearby sandstone. The reflection off those rocks made it almost too warm. Had to crank down the red and orange saturation on a lot of them.
Stumblebum, these were all shot at f/2.8, ISO 6400 with a 5DIII for usually 25 seconds. In those dark skies it's plenty to pull a crazy amount of detail out of the Milky Way.
Travis, that hot spot has actually been toned down quite a bit too. I started to lower the levels some more but it really started to look poor at that point. Might have to try a couple other techniques there to see if I can darken it better.
CatOne, the hike up was a whole lot worse! Traversing that slickrock hill with 60 pounds of timelapse gear including a 6' dolly wasn't any fun at all.
