How to sell swim team photos as fundraiser for team

For the last year I've been taking photos of our local swim team. To this point in time they've been used as part of a year-end video the team sells to its members. I've been thinking of making individual photos (other products too) available for sale to the team as a fund-raiser. I've looked into the options available here but in order to be able to set a price (and make money for the team) you need to pay for a premium level account which kind of defeats the purpose of it being a fund-raiser.

Am I missing something obvious here that I could do? I don't really want to setup the site to bring the money into me directly using my account as then it becomes a source of income for me and has tax implications for me.

I think the biggest challenge is going to be keeping track of which swimmers I have pictures of since the team is > 150 members but that's not my immediate concern. First and foremost I'd like to know how to setup an easy site to sell pictures/downloads/etc. that allows the team to make money off the sale.
Thanks,
Eric Finn

    Hi Eric,

If you'd like to make profits by setting your own prices for products, you would need at least our Portfolio level for $150 a year or $20 a month.
The Basic or Power account do not allow you to set prices, and you could only offer prints available at cost price.

For an overview on our different account levels, check out this chart.

Thanks, I've seen that chart before but it doesn't really address my concerns. As we're a non for profit swim team do you still offer the free lifetime pro subscription that I've seen other folks use/recommend in years past? If so that would work better, correct. Also if we fill out the form here how long does it take to get a response?

    Eric,
You can check out the requests section here - if your organization meets the requirement mentioned there, feel free to fill out the form. It may take a week before you hear back.
