Sharing Galleries

I am an idiot at this kinda stuff, so please excuse the first of what I am sure will be many stupid questions.
I have not finished designing my site, but want to load a gallery of images to share with a client just so they can see them. I figured out how to load the images to a gallery and to password protect it, I have not figured out how to send them a link to it.
Ultimately I want to create a link on my homepage to all of the client galleries, but for tonight if I could just get them to it without finishing the rest of the pages I could go to sleep!
