Is there any easy way to upload from Lightroom4?

I have all the CRW's all prettied up and renamed in Lightroom. Do I need to export them, then upload or did the Hero's at SmugMug already have thought of an easier way.

Hi,

Have you converted your crw's to jpegs? You need to convert your raw files to jpegs before uploading.
