Help me find my "control panel" please

I'm trying to delete a sub category and I've just realised I cant access my control panel.
Could someone have a look for me and see what I need to do to get it back pleeeease.

We replaced control panel with account settings.

Login and click Tools>Account settings>style>subcategories>manage.
