And they thought I was in my truck...HAH
Nop! I actually spotted this pair of whitey's this morning. I then proceeded to put my truck into a ditch, out of site, so that I could get out and crawl through the ditch to get closer. I was about 300 yards from my truck, door still open and running, when they ran past me about 40 yards, and off to where I was at the start...then they had a peek too see where I was...DOH...not at my truck, where I could have taken the picture from 40 yards instead of 300...
Hand held @ 200mm (80-200mm 2.8),iso 250, f3.5,1/100, 815am....and -19 C ...this was one of the only descent ones that wasn't blurry.Did I mention no gloves either? In runners aswell.

really shines if you apply the shadow/highlight filter in photoshop cs!
I think it's really worth the time to do some post processing on it. At first I wondered what the blotches were in front of the deer's faces, when I realized it was their breath!
