closing account

I have a question. I'm considering leaving Smugmug for a cheaper option as money is really tight right now. If I were to close my account do I get a refund for the remainder of the year that I didn't use?

    In some cases yes, in some cases no. It depends on how much time has been used. That is why we need the OP to email us directly so we can check his account. Per our terms of use we do not issue refunds, but if the cancellation is within a reasonable amount of time (30 days) we will typically work out a refund.
