All taken two nights ago with the new moon. The beach is Halona Beach Cove, where the iconic beach scene from "From Here to Eternity" was shot. Oahu, Hawaii.

Is that the moonset in #4? You might consider darkening and adding contrast to the skies to add some drama.

I'm still playing with the editing to get the most out of them. Thanks for the tips.

Not the moonset, any offshore lights are boats(new moon). Except #2 on the left, thats the glow from the parking lot at Sandy Beach.

All with D800, Tokina DX 11-16, f/2.8, ISO 3200, 30 seconds and up.

#3 and #6 is what I hope to capture someday! Awesome and bit unique from my perspective! Ambient light adds to #3!
