Download Button Vanished

The download button on my galleries vanished at about 8pm eastern tonight 7/16 .. happened at a pretty critical time as a client was trying to download images and poof! Gone! I checked a few of my other galleries and it was gone from there also.

Can you provide us with more details? A link to a specific gallery you're having an issue with, should allow us to see what the issue may be.

I looked through a number of galleries on your site and I was not able to find any that had "largest size" set to original and "protected" to no. Only in that case, would visitors be able to see the yellow folder save icon on a photo to download the original for free.

On all my galleries where I allow downloads there used to be a Download button (top right next to the Buy button). So yesterday morning it was there but yesterday evening it vanished. The gallery below is the one where I noticed it first.

But I've gone back and looked at older galleries that used to have the Download button and it's gone from them as well.

Hope that makes sense and thanks for looking into this for me.

as above mines gone too and has been fine for months, came to light only when on phone to a client who couldnt download his photos he had paid for ?

Same...download buttons are gone.

I sincerely apologize for this issue. We have applied a fix, and your custom download buttons should now be back in the galleries. Can you please verify they are visible and working as expected?
