How would you finish this?

I've been trying to get this photo a while, it's not 100% perfect but it's all I can get.
How would you finish it?

Also, how should I brighten her eye on this one?

What did you shoot that with? Not much in the way of depth of field.

it looks a little soft to me. a cheap prime is pretty sharp.

In photoshop I like to circle the eye with the laso tool and then use Unsharp Mask, it usually works really nicely with eyes.
