Like New... Seriously. Never traveled with. I have packed it 3 times and ended up unpacking it and taking my older and larger bag with me instead.
I bought this for my Peru trip, and I did not take it with me. I said I would take it with me to California, and nope, did not end up taking it. Well I just got back from Turkey, and yep, you guessed it, I did not take it with me there either.
I keep taking too much gear with me.... its a problem, I need to see a therapist.

Neat thing about this bag and the reason I bought it is that he laptop pocket is removable. So when you get to where you are going you can remove the lap top and accessories, and carry just your photo equipment if you so wish.
