uploading from Aperture

I just recently started having problems uploading photos from Aperture. Not all the images seem to upload....sometimes it leaves off 5-10 photos. It never uploads the photos that I have made a few versions of. (color, black and white, or cropped)
I upload the photos by either dragging or using the "browse" button

    Hey there Lisa,

    Are you exporting the modified versions of the photos from Aperture (File > Export > Versions...)? If not, please do so and try uploading the exported photos to your SmugMug account via the HTML5 uploader.

    If you continue to have trouble with this, please send us an email – help@smugmug.com – and we'll gather some more information.
