Scrapbooking software?

Anyone have any scrapbooking software recommendations for my wife.
I know you can do most of this with Photoshop, but she has no interest in learning the software and would like something easier.

    Try Corel/Jasc - they have some specific scrapbook programs.
    I have also used Ulead and Flipalbum for creating slideshows and so on on cd - nice programs, with lots of scrapbook like features.
    They all have demos on line, I believe.

    Ideally I would like her to be able to create an 8x10 image that I can then print. Will these programs produce photographic quality images?
