Download button- when does it work?

Hi, My website is vickiadesphotography.com. I have the download button installed- for one of the my galleries - http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/30696993_CNJdLK#!i=2652480266&k=nFMHZpZ
the dl button doesnt work- i clicked the option of 'original file'. can it be bc the owner is hidden?

I just took a look at your site and hideowner will need to be turned off, as it hides all customization and you will need to change the appearance setting to Custom. To do this, go to the gallery and click TOOLS < GALLERY SETTINGS < SECURITY & PRIVACY < HIDEOWNER < NO and < LOOK & FEEL < APPEARANCE < CUSTOM < SAVE.
