My girlfriend just graduated from her super intense accelerated nursing program. She's incredibly smart, and I'm really proud of all she has accomplished. We had a lot of fun shooting this session! The rest can be found on my blog :)

12/13 ROOOOCCCKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!! (And perfect flare. I hate you. rolleyes1.gif)

Love the series overall, but there's a green tint to the first batch of portraits (1/2/5/6/7) that maybe needs warming up a touch? I'm sure it's all the green around PLUS the green gown (and looks like you were a little earlier than golden hour for that part of the shoot maybe?), but maybe worth pushing the yellows a little warmer to get the skin tone?

    Congratulations to her!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Diva! I actually had these slightly warmer, but I felt like the skin tones looked a little too yellow for me. I don't mind it too much, but maybe I will mess around a little more in post thumb.gif

And this was close to golden hour, however, I used the light a bit differently. The sun was pretty low and not too intense, so I decided to get some shots of the light directly hitting her face as opposed to backlighting her (ex: 2,8,9, etc). It makes the light look a little more harsh, but I really enjoy the effect. I figure the best person to experiment on this would be my girlfriend right? Haha!
