Hi,
I wonder if you can help me with this problem I have experienced since yesterday on my site http://www.eleonoracollini.com/

I have a problem with my Bio Box which I set as homepage slideshow as though I havent changed any settings in months I now get a message saying that it requires a password which I dont know as I never set!!

Over two years ago I entered the following settings in the edit page by "Your Bio" box

<html>
<script>
var ssConfig = {
AlbumID: '18570854',
transparent: 'true',
newWindow: 'true',
clickUrl: 'http://www.eleonoracollini.com/galleries',
setSpeed: 'fast',
randomStart: 'false',
randomize: 'false',
showLogo: 'false',
borderThickness: '10',
borderColor: 'ffffff',
clickToImage: 'false',
showThumbs: 'false',
showButtons: 'false',
forceSize: 'OriginalURL',
crossFadeSpeed: '350'
};

SM.flash.insertSlideshow(1000, 580, ssConfig, 'transparent');
</script>
</html>

The album that till 2 days ago appeared as my homepage slideshow is an unlisted gallery which if I am logged in on my website I can still see on my galleries page but that being unlisted visitors cant obviously see.
The problem is that the slideshow on the bio box on the homepage linked to that unlisted gallery now aks for a password I dont know as I never set! I never changed the privacy settings of the slideshow gallery and never edited the bio box so I really dont know whats going on.
Can you please help?
thanks!

    Hi Ely,

    Thanks for contacting SmugMug.

    You have been missing a ALBUM KEY parameter in your Slideshow. I have added it to your slideshow and the slideshow is working.

    I can see that you are using an old version of slideshow that is not anymore supported.

    I would suggest that you use our new slideshow on your homepage - you can activate it by clicking HOMEPAGE LAYOUT on your homepage and click SLIDESHOW.

    Take care,

    Thanks! I see that now it seems to work again.
    The problem that I have with that slideshow you asked me to activate is that it wont let me change the width settings. I want my homepage slideshow to be 1000 width and 580 height. I think that slideshow system was already an option when I built my site 2 years ago but I ended up using the Bio Box and manually entered the slideshow settings as that seemed to be the only way to have the settings I wanted on my homepage. Can you please advise? thanks!
