swapping homepage image on template?

Love the new SM, and it's easier than ever to use EXCEPT...I cant figure out how to put my own images on the homepage when using one of the new templates. Why am I making this so hard?

    Go to Customize Site, then click the "Theme" tab. Hover over the active theme and click the wrench icon. From there you'll get a dialog that you can use to set the background photo. It took me a while to figure it out too.

    Someone should make this a sticky. I can't believe I just spent three hours trying to figure out how to do this.
