Where are the Smug heros when you need them?

This is the second time that I need urgent help from a support hero via chat and the chat option is not available. What gives? Is the char option gone? It is just 2pm PST...

Live chat is closed today, sorry David. We have so many emails coming in that we need to focus on those. You can always email us . If we had live chat open today there would likely be a very long wait time to chat with a hero.

They are all either working furiously to answer e-mails and forum questions or in class learning how to answer our questions, or fixing problems people are identifying.

Mitch - it's a BIG DAY and SM has a gazillion customers. I suggest you write the heroes to guarantee an answer. help.smugmug.com
