Does smuglr work with new SmugMug?

I installed smuglr into firefox. When I click the "Start smuggling now" button it just tries to install smuglr again. How does smuglr work?

Hi Dan,

Look in Firefox, in your Tools menu. There should be SmuggLr listed there, which will begin the program to transfer files.

I've found that now. When I get to the page that ask for my zenfolio name/password I fill both in, click login, and nothing happens. No error, no beep, no anything. The next button remains disabled. I've also tried my email address instead of user name and that does the same thing.

I'm not sure what to try next.
