I apologize if this question appears in another thread but I was unable to locate anyone experiencing this issue. When I try to create a folder, I am unable to because 'limit of 300 is reached' even though I do not have 300 items in the folder. Any one else having this issue?

I just sent the following to Smugmug Support via email:
I am a professional film location scout, I have been using Smugmug to archive and make presentations of my location library. A number of my peers have been using Smugmug so maybe you have some idea about what we do?

If you do, you know that access to our photos and data as quickly as possible in a way that is quick and efficient and "makes sense" to me personally is a top priority.

I purposely had my entire location library in a single category ("Locations") searchable by title and keyword - about 1200 galleries with anywhere from 1 to 300 photos in each gallery, arranged ascending alphabetically by title; except for approx 6 recent galleries I had not had a chance to arrange in order yet.

The new smugmug organizer "automagically" took that "Locations" category and divided it into 5 folders calling them Locations-1, 2, etc. starting at the beginning and putting 300 galleries into each folder, except the most recently published "leftovers" - by default Smug seems to sort by most recent published date so the 6 (most recent) galleries are off in the last gallery out of filing order.

So you might be thinking I should just call each folder i.e. 0 thru "Ca" , Cb thru F or whatever but what happens if I want to add new locations that seem to be "maxed" at 300 Galleries?

On that note how do I get the currently out of order galleries back into place?

What if I just dont want to do it this way?

Did Smugmug changing my organizational scheme change any urls? I have clients all over the world and jobs in-progress using urls given BEFORE the new Smugmug. I am paid for providing access to data - if my clients have problems with urls they lose time and and rightfully get very upset. There is potential for me to lose business, clients and $ because of the "new" Smugmug

I have tried moving the galleries in each folder back into the first "Locations" folder but it fails and I get an error.

I desperately need help resolving the above issues as quickly as possible.

Is there a way to revert to the old Smugmug?

I would move a bunch of galleries to the last folder to make room for moving ones back to their alphabetically order.
Start at the 2nd to last gallery and go up the line moving photos down a gallery so each gallery has space for additions.
With the new drag and drop should be rather simple.

If you had over 300 galleries in a category on the old system, during migration we would split these up and place 300 in one 'bucket' and the remaining in another 'bucket'.
