"Rounding Up Your Stuff" Taking A Really Long Time

So, I decided to start the process of migrating over to the new Smugmug, but the "Rounding up your stuff" seems to be taking an inordinately long amount of time. The page says that it should take a minute or two, but it's been over an hour and a half -- and I really don't have a lot of photos. Is this normal? Or is something gone wanky?

I'm sure the servers are slammed -- but is anyone else having this issue?

I tried at 2:00 PM Eastern today and got the processing/waiting type message, but nothing ever happened. I just tried again 20 minutes ago at 7:45 Eastern and am still stuck with the same "rounding up your stuff" message you have seen. Like you, I'm guessing the servers are slammed. I do have quite a bit of content, so maybe that's why it's taking so long, but since it said a minute or two, or maybe longer, I was guessing that it might be 30 minutes. Didn't quite expect it to be 6 hours and counting. Guess I'll just check again tomorrow morning and see if it's less congested.

    I did initially.

I closed all open browser windows, reopened them and cleared browsing data for the day. That fixed the problem for me.

I've been waiting 3 hours so far. It's OK, though - I'm sure it would be impossible for the servers to handle the activity they must be going through.

    Rounding up you stuff
Probably 'cause people with over 18,000 images (like me) were already doing it at the same timemwink.gif Mine took over three hours before I just went on to bed. In the morning it was finished and I had received an email stating that. So, once you start, it will keep going regardless as to whether you stay logged in or not.
