Looking for an old thead (paintbrush w/blue light)

During a boring day at work I found an interesting thread on Digital Grin. Someone gave the details of how they took a time exposure shot using a paintbrush and a blue light to create the elusion the paintbrush was in motion painting a blue streak.

I've spend 2 hours trying to find the posted thread but came up empty. Is anyone familiar with this thread? If so, can you provide me a link to it. Thank you.
