your new site is everything but ready
its full of bugs!!!
and it seems that i lost some 300 gallerys because of that!
there seems to be an issue with reordering pictures/galleries which i had to do as you it seems that you cannot put more than 300 galleries in a folder anymore... and so smugmug splitted the folders...
any help is more than appreciated

Are you working on the new site in preview or unveil mode?
Can you post a screenshot of where the missing galleries should be?

FYI, in the new site you can add content blocks that show multiple galleries...similar to your current homepage...so it doesn't matter if they are in separate folders.
    indefinite objects
    anything can be amazing

All of my event galleries are missing when going though user view but can be seen in admin view.

Same thing happened to me.. The good news is, in my case nothing was actually gone. It just would no longer display in legacy mode. It pushed me to go live with the new smugmug early, and then all the galleries showed up again where they were supposed to be.
