Links dont work

I sent to a client a link for an unlisted gallery (and its password), but it does not show the pictures. Only an empty page. I checked and it is not really working. Any help?

    A similar issue, although a little different - if I have a link in the menu for unlisted gallery (my equipment list, for example), it wouldn't show on public but only when I am logged in (and btw, what about visitor view? I miss that function!)
