Featured image not working on password protected galleries.

Hi,

Just migrated over to the new system - a big improvement!

Only snag is that my password protected galleries won't load their featured image when viewed as someone who is not logged into my account, it looks like so:

Any idea how to fix this so the featured images show for anyone?

    I see the same issue but its not just protected galleries - I see thumbnails that missing but when you click on them the full photo appears. Its hit & miss so it could be the excessive traffic the site is experiencing.

    Willhey, I'm seeing the exact issue, where protected galleries no longer show their featured thumbnail. I'm trying to fix it, but no luck yet. Hopefully they'll fix it soon. I'm submitting a help ticket too and will post here if I get any response.

    One thing - make sure the folder and gallery permissions are the same. Since the new site launch, I realize I had some inconsistencies in security b/t folder/gallery and it saw something similar to what you're seeing. Maybe it will work for you as well...
