Incorrect file size for videos?

This video clip below is 198MB and that's what it shows in the download window but the detailed info shows that it's only 24KB. Is this a bug? Or, am I missing something here?

    Could you send a link to the video to the help desk along what the issue is and they'll take a look for you.

    All my videos are the same way. It looks like the info link is only reading the screenshot preview size instead of the video file itself.
