Hi there,
I consider myself a SmugMug newbie with big plans of uploading many more photos. Been playing around with the new SmugMug and I really LIKE the way you can easily customize the layouts ...
My question is more about the new way of organizing the photos. The new "organizer" lets you neatly drag and drop stuff like photos from a gallery to another. How can I copy a "photo" to other galleries so that it shows up in different places. (In old smugmug I used "collect").
Hummm ... I'm not sure that is a best practice.
Say I have several travel galleries with several "sea" photos. Say I would also like to see a gallery of my "sea" photos. I could go around my different travel galleries and tag each sea picture with the "sea" keyword. I would then create a smart gallery that would seach for all pictures with the "sea" keyword.
Is that a better practice for making photos appear in different places ?
How efficient are "smart galleries" ?
Can I (should I) create as many "smart galleries" as I want ?
Thanks,
Vevima
