Added CSS comment tags /* */ in CSS box and after publishing then going back into edit the comments have disappeared.

Yikes. Surely a bug that will be fixed, because the absence of comment functionality makes it virtually impossible to control custom CSS.

Feeling dumb - like when I got my first "smart" phone. Where do we go to add CSS code? Thanks!

We really need comments to work in CSS. Too many rules to remember what they do.

I've found a temporary work-around for comments in CSS. Use 1st line of rule ending with comma.

yep, very confusing to work with CSS without comments. Unaware of any drawbacks of keeping in comments code - the (very good) edit box clearly highlights what code is commented out

Update: I can add comment tags and they show grayed out. But if I publish and come back in the
comments are gone. This is in Firefox22.

I dunno. I added a css comment /* Just a CSS comment */ to my site code, published, but it's nowhere to be found, even using the tools suggested (Firebug, Safari or Chrome tools). http://note.io/1dag9ej
