OK, so there is a legal requirement for european sites to display a notice to customers about cookies. Bizarre law, but there it is.
Smugmug classic did this. and I believe it worked by showing it on any smugmug site if the visitor was in the EU.
Having tried a few smugmug sites, old and new in incognito mode I get the cookie message on smugmug classic sites but not on smugmug new sites. Anyone confirm?
e.g.
new smugmug

old smumug

(just the first ones I found on google)

Nope, no cookie warning in incognito. Tried with a fresh install of firefox too - no cookie warning. (just checked on kevin's site with ff, shows warning correctly)

well I'm still on the old version of smugmug! are you using a proxy that might suggest you're not in europe?

Not that I know of! We don't have anything fancy, connection-wise. I used to have / see the cookie warning in the old SmugMug.
