How to remove Smugmug Pro header in new design

Does anyone know how to remove the smugmug pro header on the new design? I thought it was only when I was logged in that it shows up, but that is not the case.

Settings button in the top green bar when you are in the customize mode. Iirc there is a checkbox in there.

Thanks so much, been trying to find this!

Rather surprised, and not terribly happy though to put it mildly, that it appears impossible (at least through the standard UI) to hide the Smugmug branding entirely. If you hide both the header and the footer, you get a new option for "photo sharing by smugmug" that can't be removed. Isn't it enough that I'm paying for the service; do I need to have their branding on there, too?
