Lightroom Plugin (2.0.1.2) Bug on Smart Collection Privacy Change

I have been seeing this (attachment) error message quite frequently when I change the privacy setting on a Smart Collection ....

The privacy change does not take place, other changes (for example Web Browsable setting) can be made though.
Just thought I'd mention it and have not correlated it with any particular circumstances.

Actually I am seeing this all the time on publishing any of my smart collections and the only way I've found to solve it is to delete and recreate the smart collection (not sure yet that cures it)
Exporting the collection settings from Lightroom, deleting and re-importing the settings does not appear to fix the problem. Only manually recreating the published smart collection works.
