I need to make amends. I got his name wrong in a post about him earlier in the fall: http://www.dgrin.com/showthread.php?t=19520.
Summit of the Matterhorn from the Southwest in a Western Cloud Storm, Switzerland, 1958.
"Brad" celebrated his 95th birthday this year and Outside Magazine has an online tribute to him, with many gorgeous images.
Mt. McKinley looms over Wonder Lake (infra-red), Alaska, 1953.
After the Storm, Climbers on the Doldenhorn, Switzerland, 1960.
This came up because I dropped into his gallery, just next door to me on Moody St in Waltham MA to take a closer look at the enormous prints of his work they sell there. Panopticon is Brad's exclusive aganet, so while I was there I asked for and got permission to post images from the Outside tribute inline. [Moderators take note: inline images by permission of the photographer's agent.]
