"Download all" links taking ages to come through

Normally you hit 'download all' and get a link in your email in around 5-10 mins, sometimes less.

Now its taking over 12 hours!

I'm guessing that this isn't due to lots of "download all" requests this week, but more to lots of processing used for migration changes.

Any chance that we can prioritise the "download all"s which we use to deliver products to clients over the migration which is used to make people's galleries prettier (or any other new site processing that is holding up the queue)?

I'm gonna have clients pissed at me otherwise.

12 hours? I was way off. STILL WAITING. As is my irate client. 40 Hours +. Why isn't priority given to this?

Sure hope it comes through for you soon. Can you try making a slight tweak, like editing a caption and then requesting a new download all file? I just requested a download all link and got it within 30 minutes. Good luck!

hmmm.... cheers for the heads up. I've tried with a smaller gallery (only 10 photos) and will see if that one comes through.

small gallery went through ok. looks like I got a couple of galleries stuck in the system then. Cue raising ticket #10 with help this week.
