New Site—How to copy photos?

Has anyone figured out how to make a copy of a photo in the new site? On the old site, you could just go to Tools—>Make a Copy. I don't see anyway to do that in the new site. I don't want to move photos between galleries because that will end up breaking some of my links out in various places.

Hi - To make a copy, go into the SmugMug gallery where the image is located and select the image so that it is either showing up on the right (in SmugMug view) or it is the only image on the screen (click on image from the collage view). At the bottom right you will find a small wrench icon. Select it and hover your mouse over "Organize" - you will see the popup menu showing "Make a Copy" at the top of the list.

Is the old Collect method gone? Want to simply collect existing photos into a new gallery.

I'm not sure if the collect tool is available or not, I didn't use the Collect tool before so I'm not familiar with it. However, you can use the new Organize Tool to move photos and folders quickly. You may also want to create a Smart Gallery to automatically show individual photos from multiple galleries in one consolidated gallery. You could use a keyword to identify the photos you want in the smart folder - that way you could add or delete the "Smart Keyword" from the photos you want to collect in order to add or delete them from the smart gallery.
