Video files are not playing

Hmmmm, video plays for me just fine. Can you please provide your OS and Browser information?

i have the same problem ALL my videos do not play. I just get the spinning wheel.

For me this happens using multiple versions of FF and IE browsers.
I don't plan to switch to chrome.

i do have the latest Java version:

Version: Java SE 7 Update 40
Operating System: Windows 7 6.1 (64 bit)
Java Architecture: 32-bit
Flash Version: 11.8.800.168

i was able to figure out a solution to get my videos to play...
All my existing galleries in my yet to be unveiled NEW smugmug site are in a private folder and each of the existing galleries was inheriting the privacy setting of private which was causing the videos not to play in both legacy and new smugmug. What i did to fix my videos not playing was created a new unlisted pw protected FOLDER in the new smugmug and move all my galleries to that new folder so now my galleries don't inherit a private privacy setting. I know this won't work for everyone but at least i've got videos that play now in both Legacy and New smugmug.

Maybe someday they will fix this so videos do play in Folders that are set to Private
