can't see bigger photos or slideshow in IE

Can only see thumbnails on this gallery in IE. Slideshow doesn't work either.

Please tell me there is a way to fix this!

Sent the link to the client before I realized this. Not quite the impression I was hoping to make.

No help on this at all? I emailed SM help too and haven't gotten a reply in three hours.

Just to be clear - this gallery is LIVE, I have no way to go back to the old SM, and I have a client who cannot see her photos other than thumbnails. She's asking me when this will be fixed. It's kind of embarrassing to tell her I can't get anyone from smugmug to even reply to my request for help.

Since I can't get a reply from SM or anyone else (it's been four hours now since I emailed the help desk), I came up with a solution.

I signed up for a trial Zenfolio account, uploaded the client photos there, and voila - my client can now see her photos. On Zenfolio, not SM.

Gotta be on a modern browser, IE9 or above, better yet, Chrome, Firefox or Safari. http://help.smugmug.com/customer/portal/articles/93252
