Footer and then some

Hi All,

I am at a loss of what I am doing wrong. I have two footer lines, one is a copyright notice and the other is a custom menu for search and contact. On my homepage it works fine (which has its own design) but on all the other pages these two footer lines push themselves off the page regardless of how large I make the browser and how much space there is between the content above. This is particularly noticeable on the about and galleries pages.
