How to watermark?

In setting up the new smugmug, I found a few galleries I forgot to watermark. How can I watermark them now? This used to be an option to add or remove watermarks under the tools menu, but I'm not finding the analagous functionality in the new interface.

    Go to organizer and do it there.

    For making a watermark, bring the photo up in the gallery and click on wrench "tools" icon and then "use as", "watermark"

    Just had a new logo and watermark designed for my company and would like to change all of my watermarks. Found where to do and switched to my new watermark but it doesn't seem to be working. Tried removing the watermarks from all of my galleries but no response there either. Anyone else find this? Am I missing something?
