LR5 SmugMug.lrplugin 1.0.6.8 not working with new SmugMug site

Hi Team,
I migrated my site and love the new look. Haven't even customized much and love just the default templates. Way cool and fast!
Tonight I tried my first upload since the migration to the new format and it just freezes in LR5. The program stays running but it doesn't create a gallery and with an existing one it can't even push one photo up. I tried refreshing the plugin and unloading it and restarting LR5. I also tried creating a new publishing service using the same plugin and linking that to my account. That worked as far as being about to sync the list of my galleries and download a photo in one of them (it was a one photo gallery and it synced). This new one can't create a new gallery or publish a single change. I've uploaded many albums and photos from LR4 and LR5 with this same plugin with no issue and even did one the day before I migrated the site to the new format. Only change I can think of is the migration.
Really need to get stuff up there so I've got to go manual but need to get this resolved as it's how I track everything... LR is where my workflow lives.
I'm running the latest MacOSX with LR5 up to date and plugin version is in title. Not sure what other data will help.

Thanks. I didn't realize I was out of date so much! Thought I had upgraded.
I've got the basics working now but think I need to resync my hierarchy or something similar.
