I have never clicked the migration button because I have a customization on my site, now everytime I want to access my site it takes me to a page asking me to choose a design, I logged out accessed my site and still looks like the old site, but I cant make any changes to my galleries or even have access to my old site, I'm very disappointed with smugsmug's new design.
Please fix my site the way it was, If I didn't dropped Smugmug before with the price increased was because I didn't want to go through the hassle of making a new site, but if I have to make a new site now because of your new look, I will , but elsewhere!

My suggestion would be to choose a design and start playing with it. It will not make the new design live, until you click "unveil". From the new logged in page, you can always see your old site by clicking 'view legacy Smugmug', or words to that effect.

I understand I can do that, but I need to make changes to my old site, I have clients waiting for me to upload galleries.

It won't be a problem, but as you selected to migrate, you are now stuck in limbo.

If I were you, I would select a design and then leave it for now. You can change and totally redo it later.

Once you have selected a design, you can then select "view legacy SM" and you can work on your site as you would usually.

Go ahead and add the galleries in your Legacy site. I added a few galleries yesterday and it worked just fine. My new site is still in the quicksand (preview) state.

I'm sorry that no one is listening to what you're really saying... that you didn't even click "migrate"! (and it's not going to help you to click that now, for sure). I'm wondering if you're locked out right now because they're working on fixing the problem Legacy sites were having... with the 1-1-1-1s getting added to their titles. Do you have another browser in which you can try accessing your old site? Before you even do that though, I'd try "Help"; even though they're swamped. Make the subject line very clear that you can't even access your site and need to right away-- maybe some subject lines that look more urgent will get attention sooner? Sorry I can't be of more help... that's a real pain.

No, actually LCPHOTO said "I have never clicked the migration button"
