Hidden photos - I hide a fair number mainly as they can be fairly similar views of ships and although I want to see them all, it can become boring for others. I want to see all my photos as they are.. not with a dull mask across the image so I then have to 'unhide/show' it to view. I like the eye in the middle so I know which photos are hidden but please get rid of the mask. Instead of ticking one box to hide an image one now has three clicks to make spanner/organise/hide - my poor arm! Please can the little tick box return :D

I haven't found the hide/unhide yet at least not in a gallery where I'm running though the photos.

If you go to lightbox the mask is not there.

Oh Dear Lord. Not yet one more less-functional, more-work thing. You're saying there's an eye (WHY in the middle???) and a mask over hidden photos? Yes, that is complete stupidity. Lots of people use hidden photos exactly the way you do. I do too. Why would we want (or need!) a mask over them? I also use it for edited / unedited versions. One click is all that should be required to hide them. And beyond that, we need the ability to see the fact that they're hidden when we're in any of the tools where thumbs are shown. There should be a mark in the corner...

Incidentally (although it matters a whole lot) did your hidden photos from your old site all stay hidden when you migrated?

Allen; thanks re letting me know it's clear in the Lightbox. I don't ever use it as I like to see the thumbs and where in the 'run of similar views' an image is, but I might have to as quicker than the unhide way.

WinsomeWorks; yes, everything that was previously hidden remained so on migration.
