image hyperlinked....

hi there,

I have added an image to a blank page. I've selected the option to have that image take you to a URL - however I do not want it to open in a new page. Any ideas how to fix this? :dunno

I didn't have time to test in a Smugmug HTML window .. but typically if you add a Target="_Blank" to the hyperlink it opens a new window. So something like this:



At least I think if my memory serves that's the approach.

Not sure what your saying here... What do I need to do to prevent it from opening in a new tab (page)?

Sorry thought you did want it in a new page. Also thought you were doing your own page and adding HTML block.

For the Smugmug added image I don't think you can modify the behavior. Only solution I could think of is to make your own page with HTML. Sorry.

I had the same behavior. It looks like the photo content block tool has a _blank target in its hyperlik.
What worked for me is to add and HTML/CSS block, then added the image using the and tags.
