sub categories disappeared

I have not experimented with the new 'smugmug' yet however on Tuesday all of my Sub Categories have disappeared from my Events Category.
I sent an SOS ticket to help desk.
Even if I try to recreate a sub category it will not link up to my main category (events) in this case.

Is this something that is known and they are working on.
Please help. I cannot get a response on this.
Clients cannot access the links that I have sent them for 3 days now.

    I entered the same help desk ticket yesterday, they said this morning "we are working on the problem with subcategories". Nothing more, but this afternoon my links are wrong, but working (which means that page links to page correctly, but anyone I gave URL's to does not work). So that appears to be progress.

    Look under the original category and "Other" (I had an other, did you?) and see if they are in both places. I'm afraid to delete them from the /Other as I am afraid it might delete the actual images. Hoping to hear.
