In my legacy smug site I used URLs without the leading http://<main site URL> to allow my site to be usable either with the custom domain or with my smug URL. Unfortunately this is not possible using the links menu.

When I enter /Gallery, it is changed to http:///Gallery.
/Gallery should be a valid link. Unfortunately I have been forced to specify the full URL for all links, for example http://www.denisegoldberg.com/Gallery.

Please fix this to allow us to use relative URLs.

    Hey Denise,

Is Gallery just a folder in which you place all your photo sub folders in? Just our of curiosity what does the relative path buy you? It looks to be working fine as is. So I'm curious what this fixes?

I like the look of your new site BTW. thumb.gif

    Thanks Derek!

Gallery is a page I created containing selected folders in the order in which I want them to appear.

Relative link buys the ability to access my site if the domain provider is down or inaccessible for any reason. That doesn't happen very often but an occasional outage can be circumvented that way. Also, it allows me to change my URL if desired. That's not likely either, but I've always like the ability to see the site either way.
