Ipad + drag and drop

Can someone can explain to me how to change my gallery from a folder to an other using my ipad?

Is drag and drop the only way? If so, does it work on the ipad???

    I think that's pretty much the only thing you can't edit on the iPad in my experience. You can, however, drag and drop the top menu links in edit mode. But yeah you'll want to use a laptop or desktop for the folder rearranging.

    That's pretty rubbish, and very bad quality assurance testing! Tablets, especially, have got to the stage now where a computer to attach them to is no longer required, so this was a bad decision, or bad testing to not pick it up. All it needs is a non drag-and-drop way for when a mobile OS is detected.
