Headline and Caption problem

When Title [strike](EXIF Headline)[/strike] (XMP: Title) and Caption [strike](EXIF ImageDescription)[/strike] (XMP: Description) contain the same string, only Caption is shown for an image.
When they are different (embedded) both are visible.
