Gallery Settings for "DUKE"

Kind of pulling my hair out here...

I would like to have all of my galleries show up on my site using thumbnails. I have figured out how to change a single gallery from the theme (DUKE) setting of big images scrolling down to thumbnails but cannot seem to find a way to change to thumbnails across the whole site.

It seems like the settings for this might be here but I can't seem to find it...

Look on the top green (at least on mine) bar when under Customize Site under Settings, and the default gallery style is there.
