[new smugmug] Videos not playing : stuck in "Loading"

All my videos are stuck in "Loading video" on my new (migrated) site.
I use the same browser as before (Firefox 17.0.7 on Windows 7 Enterprise) and I can play videos from other sites. On my same laptop I tried on IE9 and it's also not working with the same symptoms.

I also tried on my wife Macbook Pro with Firefox 16.0.2 and got the same behavior.

It's not a bandwidth problem, other sites work well, and speedtest gives me 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up.

Anyone else noticing problems ?

Working fine for me. Are you doing it from guest login or when you're logged in to your site? Is the directory password, private, unlisted?

My site has password protected galleries and I see the same problem whether I'm using a guest password or my "admin" password.

Can you guys let me know if you have an underscore in the file name? Theresa, we know you do....anyone else? If so, please remove and try to reupload the same video to the gallery to see if that works. We think it may be an issue with UTF8 characters in the filename

Hi Michael, I was offline for a few days but now back and checking on my migration issues. The Videos not playing is the biggest issue I'm having, is there any update from your side ?

I'm running Firefox 17.0.8 on Windows 7 Enterprise and Flash 11,8,800,94. Interestingly on the same laptop, my videos are playing with Google Chrome (Version 28.0.1500.95 m) and Flash 11.8.800.97.

Same issue in Firefox is happening on my wife's computer, she's running Firefox 16.0.2 on Mac OS 10.5.8 (64-bit) and has Flash 10.3.183.23. I have not tried another browser on her laptop.

I was able to test your video of a crane, it is currently playing back click on play once you go to the video.

Believe me there's no user error on this side. I go to the page, click on the play button in the middle of the video, then the "Loading Video" message appears and it just keeps spinning.

As mentioned, it's working in Chrome, but not in Firefox for my wife and me on different machines. It's got to be a problem between Flash/Firefox that I'd like someone at SmugMug to try to reproduce or tell me if you need more information.

None of my videos work anymore in Smugmug. Using IE10 and everything updated. Vids play fine from other sites, Vimeo, YT, etc. In Chrome, my smugmug vids play fine.

I am experiencing the exact same problem all my videos. Using Safari, latest.
