Unlisted, Password Protected Gallery Issue

Hello,

I am having issues with password protected, unlisted galleries. For example, a proof gallery for my client is unlisted and password protected. If I am logged into SM, everything runs just fine. When I enter the password (while not being logged into SM), this is what displays:

Does anyone know why this would happen? Many many thanks for any insight!

You have to go in and set a photo for the folder that contains the gallery/galleries.

If you open a folder then select customize / folder up top, it'll give you the option to set a thumb for the folder.

It's easier done, than I explained it, I'm sure.

I had to do the same thing...it's kind of a pain in the butt, especially if you have a bunch to do.

If you go to Organize site, you can do all your galleries at one time. It's one of the coolest features that I've found so far.

Jeffro and Cygnus Studios, thank you so much for coming to my rescue!

But even thought this is easy-there is something I'm still missing.
Are you referring to the 'featured image' section in the basic folder settings?

Here is where I am, and after selecting an image, the gallery still doesn't display the thumbs. I didn't see anything referring to setting a 'thumb' for the folder.

Below is a screenshot of attempting to do this in the Organize Site section as Cygnus suggested...

You have to select a thumb for each protected gallery too.

What I did was pick the main folder, select all, click settings, chose a feature image, and a pop up says you are doing this to multiple galleries, click yes and it's done.

I loved this feature as I did all 160 galleries with one step.
